TEXAS ESTATE PLANNING

Take away the doubt and the unknown by planning your estate instead of the state doing it for you

We take pride in guiding our Clients to protect their families and assets

Estate planning ensures that your wishes are carried out after you die. A will or trust can dictate who will inherit your property and how your estate will be managed. This can provide a peace of mind in knowing that your loved ones will be taken care of after you're gone. Without a will or trust, the courts will decide who gets your property and how it is distributed. This can lead to costly and time-consuming litigation, which no one wants to deal with during a difficult time. The estate planning services of Masterly Legal Solutions can help avoid all of that.

Four Phases in MLS Estate Planning

Initial Consultation

Masterly Legal Solutions provides free consultations to get an idea of what our Clients need to provide them a peace of mind and put together their estate plan in order.

Strategic Planning Meeting

In the strategic planning phase, we meet with our Clients to map-out  their estate, identification of beneficiaries, and the essentials for meeting the overall goals.

Drafting Phase

We will begin the drafting of the documents based on the Client's overall goals and wishes. Drafts generally take about a week to two weeks depending on the circumstances. During this phase, the Client will have the opportunity to discuss any changes or amendments prior to the documents being finalized.

Signing Ceremony

The signing ceremony is the most critical stage of the estate planning process to avoid them from being invalidated in the future by the court. At the signing ceremony the Client will sign the documents in the presence of the required witnesses and the notary.
