  • Is there an additional fee for in-home estate planning services?

    No, there is no additional fee for in-home estate planning services. 

  • How long is the in-home estate planning visit?

    Our Texas estate planning services are a flat rate fee and not hourly. Thus, we take as much time as necessary to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. On average each visit is between 2.5 hours to 4 hours. 

  • Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?

    Yes, we try to accommodate clients who work non-traditional work hours and those that are not able to take off from work. 

  • Is there a difference from in office visits and home visits?

    No, it is the same exact experience where you will meet with the attorney to map out your Texas will or living trust. 

  • What is a complete Texas estate plan?

    A complete Texas estate plan will include:

    • Texas Living Trust and/or Texas Will; 
    • Texas Power of Attorney; 
    • Texas Medical Power of Attorney; 
    • Living Will  
  • How do I prepare for the meeting with the attorney?

    After you sign the engagement letter, we will send you a list of suggestions you should have in preparation for the meeting for your estate plan.
